One Battle After Another’s Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend of more than two years, Vittoria Ceretti, aren’t at tonight’s Actor Awards, formerly known as the SAG Awards, despite his nominations. Ahead of the show, The Hollywood Reporter learned the reason why: DiCaprio is unable to attend as he is filming Martin Scorsese’s What Happens at Night in Europe.
DiCaprio has an Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role nomination for his work in One Battle After Another.
In December, he spoke to Time about how he approaches having a private life amid his A-list fame. “It’s been a balance I’ve been managing my whole adult life, and still I’m not an expert,” he admitted. “I think my simple philosophy is only get out there and do something when you have something to say, or you have something to show for it. Otherwise, just disappear as much as you possibly can.”
He recalled his adjustment to all the attention he received after Titanic came out—and the decision he made then for the sake of his work: “I was like, OK, how do I have a long career? Because I love what I do, and I feel like the best way to have a long career is to get out of people’s face.”
While DiCaprio and Ceretti have been photographed together for years, the pair hasn’t discussed their relationship in interviews, nor have they walked any red carpets together. The closest they got was when they were both snapped in the same frame at DiCaprio’s One Battle After Another Hollywood premiere in September:

More recently, the couple was photographed leaving Anajak Thai on Valentine’s Day. That same month, the Italian model had her own big moment when she served as Milan’s flagbearer in the 2026 Winter Olympics opening ceremony.
