Gwyneth Paltrow walked the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards.She wore a lingerie-inspired Givenchy gown with a plunging neckline.The actress is presenting at the Actor Awards this year—her first in 26 years.
Gwyneth Paltrow has made her return to the Actor Awards (formerly known as the SAG Awards), 26 years later. On March 1, the actress walked the red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles in a look that honored the show’s first-ever red carpet theme, set by ELLE, “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the ’20s and ’30s.”
Paltrow wore a plunging black lingerie-inspired Givenchy gown to the event with a sheer bodice that extended down to her torso. The look featured glittering black floral embroidery throughout, and extended into a tea-length drop-waist skirt.

The Goop founder completed the look with a sleek bun gathered at the back of her head, and turquoise drop earrings by Belperron.
Paltrow last attended the Actor Awards in 2000, when it was still known as the SAG Awards. She also went to the event in 1999, where she took home the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for playing Viola de Lesseps in Shakespeare in Love. She was also nominated in the category of Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.

This year, Paltrow is nominated in the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture category for Marty Supreme, which she starred in as Kay Stone. In addition to her nomination, the actress will hit the stage to present.
Marty Supreme served as Paltrow’s big return to acting. In a December interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she reflected on her “acting bug” returning—though it didn’t officially kick in until she started getting ready for the film.
“I was like, ‘Oh fuck, do I remember how to do this?’” she recalled. “It had been seven years. But I didn’t get the bug back until I was on set doing the hair-and-makeup test. That’s when I was like, ‘Oh, what is this weird feeling I’m having? Oh my God, this is excitement. I’m actually really excited to be here.’”
