Prada dressed seven celebrities for the 2026 Actor Awards on Sunday, offering a mix of house signatures, playful colour and sharply executed tailoring.

Pink, The Prada Way
Starting with Michelle Williams, this is the most Prada dress you will ever see: pink, embellished and slightly too long in length. The surprise is that it is leather rather than the house’s usual duchess satin. It is unmistakably Prada, but it is also unmistakably Michelle, which is why it works. Messika jewels completed her look.

Open Back, Closed Front
Claire Danes’ Prada dress was beautiful from the back. You know how I feel about an open back. From the front, however, it felt almost Sunday Service.

This would have worked better for me if the white embellished drape had started from the shoulders. Rahaminov Diamonds completed her look.

Modern Top, Vintage Skirt
Michelle Monaghan has great style, so I am not surprised she delivered the best Prada look of the group. I love the contrast of a clean, modern body with a vintage leaning skirt. The look was styled with Sabyasachi jewellery.

Prada Precision
Damson Idris was pitch perfect in Prada, as always. Clean lines, sharp tailoring, no fuss. Exactly what it needed to be.

Personality In Yellow
You will always get personality when Adam Brody wears Prada, and this look is no exception. The yellow silk shirt does all the talking, cutting through the black tailoring with confidence. A Cartier Tank à Guichets timepiece completed his look.

Still Waiting For Timmy
Fashion wise, Timothée Chalamet has largely checked out this awards season. As much as I am relieved he is not in Givenchy again, this Prada suit looks too big on him, both jacket and trousers. I am still hopeful the real Timmy turns up on Oscar night. An Urban Jürgensen UJ-2 platinum timepiece completed his look.

Tailoring Done Right
Then look at Sam Rockwell in comparison. His Prada double breasted suit is clean, sharp and perfectly fitted. This is how it is done.
