Alison Hammond looks drop-dead gorgeous in new snaps as she displayed her slender legs in a mini skirt following her remarkable 11 stone weight transformation.
The 51-year-old television star has completely revamped her exercise and eating habits in recent years, and her dedication is evidently showing in Alison’s latest shots. The presenter was snapped while grinning and lounging in a chair and posted by Alison’s makeup artist on Instagram, along with the caption: “High Heels, Bold Moves, Zero Apologies.”
Fans showered Alison with compliments, as one called her a “national treasure” while Ferne McCann added: “Erm, hello? You look insane.”

Alison recently begun Reformer Pilates and circuit training sessions to continue her weight transformation. She has also stated she wouldn’t use weight loss injections. She explained: “I think that, for people who need to use them, they’re a good thing – but for me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened,” reports OK!.
Alison continued: “So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.”

“You feel absolutely incredible after [Pilaates]. I really need a good stretch, so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me. I also do this early-morning circuit class from the brilliant Steve Hensel at Blue Zone. I’ll go at 6.30am and do a full hour. It’s a proper old-school gym.”
Speaking about how she transformed her routines, Alison – who weighed 28 stone at her heaviest – attributed her fitness regime to her personal trainer. She explained: “I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train.”
“If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk. But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week. I don’t deny myself anything, I eat everything, but in moderation.”
