Netflix made a cast announcement yesterday for a new “Squid Game” competition series starring eight celebrity “VIPs”. It’s called “Squid Game: The VIP Challenge”.
The VIPs are Ryan Serhant from “Owning Manhattan” . . . NBA star and Khloe Kardashian’s ex, Tristan Thompson . . . Spice Girl Mel B . . . content creator Kristy Sarah . . . Kim Zolciak of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” . . .
“Bachelor” Nation’s Hannah Godwin . . . Dylan Efron from “The Traitors” and “Dancing with the Stars” . . . and Viper from “Squid Game: The Challenge” Season 2, who won a fan vote.
They’ll have to, quote, “step into the high stakes game and put their wit, strategy and skillset to the ultimate test.”
There isn’t a release date yet. Netflix just says it’s “coming soon”.
