Princess Beatrice’s husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, has jetted off to Florida for the second time this year, amid his father-in-law, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s scandal. The 42-year-old is a dedicated businessman and he’s in the Sunshine State to work on an exciting new project for his company, Banda Property.

The interior design guru shared a clip from a building site in West Palm Beach where a luxury hotel is reportedly being built. Other photos included beautiful buildings in the area and a snap of the turquoise ocean.

Edoardo’s previous trip

This trip comes after Edoardo also spent time here at the end of January/early February, choosing to share numerous photos and videos from his time abroad on Instagram. At the time, he penned: “Recap of our time in Miami and Palm Beach. Meeting inspiring people, visiting remarkable places, and discovering exceptional art and craftsmanship.

“A real pleasure to exchange ideas with peers across the industry at @palmbeachdesigndays. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us, and to all of you who followed the journey along the way.”

One of the images showed Edoardo looking dapper in a pastel pink suit sat outside a pink hotel. “Pretty in pink” and “Pink hotel calls for a pink suit” were among the comments.

Fans adore seeing Edoardo’s projects, both abroad and closer to home. He and his team have worked on everything from private jet renovations to stunning study makeovers.

While Edoardo is always keen to share glimpses of his work online, it’s another matter for his personal life. He and his royal wife have a split living situation, choosing to divide their time between St James’s Palace and their converted farmhouse in the Cotswolds. Occasionally, we get to see their palace surroundings in the background of videos shared on social media, but, in general, their family homes are kept under wraps.

What’s the latest with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor?

While Edoardo is busy keeping his head down with work, his disgraced father-in-law is lying low after his arrest. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is still under investigation on suspicion of misconduct in public office.  The former Prince is temporarily living at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate while his permanent property, Marsh Farm, is being renovated.

He has just relinquished his lease on East Lodge near Berkshire’s Sunninghill Park, too, weeks after he departed from his former 30-room mansion, Royal Lodge. He was previously paying £13,000-per-year for the thatched cottage. The tenancy was due to end in July 2027, but it was terminated early, according to a Freedom of Information request sought by the BBC.
