EXCLUSIVE: Talent agent Ryan Muckenthaler has joined Verve after 12 years at UTA, Deadline has learned.
Who from his roster will be joining him at his next destination is not yet clear. For Verve, the hire of Muckenthaler reflects an increasing emphasis on the strategic growth and expansion of their Talent Team, which marked its five-year anniversary in 2025.
“In a rapidly changing environment over the last few years, Verve has been a true disruptor in the agency landscape. I’m thrilled to be joining this team and their uniquely collaborative culture,” Muckenthaler said in a statement to Deadline.

Muckenthaler’s hiring at Verve comes following the agency’s addition last fall of former CAA talent agent Amanda Lie. On the talent front, it was most recently announced that talent agent JR Ringer has been upped to partner at the agency.
