      This woman is beyond exhausting. Any other person who isn't a narcissist would have given up and cut their losses by now. She is wasting her time that she could spend with her kids and maybe direct her own movie. Of course, she would need to take a college course on moviemaking because she is clueless.       I love this last move by BL and her Team. Another ridiculous move to remind the judge what he is dealing with right before he is going to make a ruling on the motion. Using a case that is different than theirs to influence his decision. When you have a weak position and there are holes everywhere and you have had habitually bad behavior leading up to a decision. It’s not wise to once again remind a judge how unhinged you have been. To go as far as telling the judge what he must do based on something that doesn’t even apply to her case. It’s a crazy move to make. Essentially making his decision even easier to make. This is a text book case in how to completely ruin your own law suit. Through out this, BL has been the one person above all others to completely dismantle her claims, career and reputation. She has Black Listed herself. Smh

      A JUDGEMENT ON THE PLEADINGS DOES NOT CONSIDER THE EVIDENCE… IT IS BASED SOLELY ON THE LAW. MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT DOES CONSIDER THE EVIDENCE.
