Spielberg is currently 2-2 this decade. I personally consider West Side Story and Fabelmans his two best movies since Saving Private Ryan. With that in mind, I really, really hope the streak continues here.
Sorry, while everyone else is euphoric, that may be the worst trailer I’ve ever seen. Zero interest in ever seeing it. I gave up after I bought the lady Mission Impossible movie. I turned it off and deleted, lost my $25, never regret edit, when he jumped out of a helicopter into the Arctic Ocean practically in his underwear. Wet suits are no protection in those temperature. Then he I take it he swims down a 1,000+ feet without knowing where it is and has to get into this submarine……. I never saw him hit the water. I hate having my intelligence insulted. This film?WTF? Looks like three or four bad movies cut together. People have been watching shite movies for so long they’ve gotten used to them. I was a filmmaker for 46 years. I only watch old movies now. Havent set foot in. A Theater in years and I doubt I ever will again. I used to watch three films in theaters in a single day. Hollywood gave up……
I don't know… might be okay; might not. A few tired tropes – crop circles, strange-acting animals, Roswell, NM. Guess I'm going to have to wait and see…
