If it is Ozempic, that’s sad. It’s an eating disorder whether you use drugs or just starve yourself. Honestly, good old fashion starvation might actually be healthier that these weird drugs and their side effects.
Honestly I don’t know if she is or not, but long before these drugs, if you look back when Angelina Jolie or Demi Moore got super thin they went hollow cheeked as well. I’m not at all saying it looks better, but as a woman who has been super thin when seriously ill with naturally high prominent cheek bones, it’s happened to me, and drugs weren’t involved. I just don’t think we can assume everyone who’s super gaunt is on a weight loss drug

No Margo would not, as an Aussie she is thinned down after birthing her baby and probably not eating and hydrating from working it happens, hormones and cycles play a huge role too.
I'm 50 yrs old with a baby face (kept my baby cheeks despite the age) and people think i'm still in my 30's. If having a bit fat on me takes years off my age, I'll call that a winning outcome. 😊

Her greasy looking hair didn't help the look, overall is reminiscent of that '90s heroin chic look, but not very chic to me. I just saw her and a Chanel commercial a few hours ago, clearly was before the change. I hope she's well. Barbie's just a character not goal weight.💓
I have really high cheekbones and square strong jaw not a fan of the latter (mom thanks for cheekbones I guess) and and am older than her and have some cheek like that bc of natural aging I will never get fillers bc of the horror stories I have seen. A shame bc she was already healthy weight and this makes her look tired . I loved my baby face when I was younger but my cheekbones have so much definition now it’s a trade off I guess oh well we’re all going to be fertility eventually 😂

That happened to me naturally as I got older though. Not sure how old she is but it happened to me in my 40's when I lost that baby fat of my face
