‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ season five has been paused after an alleged confrontation between Taylor Frankie Paul and ex Dakota Mortensen, a source confirmed to E! News. A spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department confirmed to ‘People’ that there was an open “domestic assault investigation” regarding the parents of Ever, 23 months—telling the outlet that “allegations have been made in both directions.” The spokesperson explained “contact was made with involved parties on [Feb] 24th and 25th,” but declined to share more information due to the ongoing investigation. Meanwhile, a source shared with E! News, “Taylor owns her mistakes, all she wants to do is protect her son, Ever, from stories in the press or anything negative about his father and wants him to think well of his father.” The source added, “All she cares about is protecting her child, and has been acting with this mind.” Taylor was recently spotted attending the 2026 Oscars on March 15, hosted by Conan O’Brien. I binge watched Season 1 & 2 of TSLOMW because a radio show I listen was hyping it up. Sort of like a "guilty pleasure" thing so I thought "what the heck?" I'll watch it even though I don't watch any of the "Housewives" series because they're so staged and scripted. And I don't particularly like rich people because I can't relate to their need to show off their wealth. And their plastic surgery bodies. And I quit watching the Bachelor Franchise after the Matt James season where Chris Harrison was canned. It's such a dumb show anyway, and I always feel stupid watching it. So I don't follow it at all anymore. Anyway, I DID enjoy seeing Season 1 of TSLOMW. Because I don't know much about Mormons. Except that they believe they're going to a Celestial Kingdom of some sort that I think is complete hogwash. Give me a break. 🙄 But by Season 2 I thought their TokMom dancing was so lame that I couldn't believe people were into it. And Season 2 was such a toxic mess that I said "I'm done." And then I cancelled my HULU subscription when ABC fired Jimmy Kimmel. And I never resubscribed even when they brought Jimmy back, because THEY RAISED THE PRICE OF IT. 😑 Are you kidding me? I really don't miss HULU at all. And I could care less what the Mormon Wives are doing. Except I know Taylor Frankie Paul is the biggest hypocrite of all. And she's an abuser too.
