Burrows is a (former?) journalist whose position on the matter has been consistent since 2023. Claimant (Harry) has a statement apparently signed by him that he was gathering information in the alleged manner for many years. Claimants also have another witness who claims to have been working with Burrows on a book deal about these alleged activities before Burrows started saying that it was all lies.
He seems like a super unreliable witness on anything to me, but hopefully for claimants his alleged co-conspirator has communications from him about this stuff.

Tbh, I can’t say for certain if his signature was forged back then or if he’s lying now.
But the fact that under oath, on the stand, he’s right now saying he does not stand by anything in the statement has to be bad for Harry’s case, right?
When is there going to be a ruling in this case?

Regardless of if someone lied then or now walking it all back must look really bad to the judge. I’m sure Harry and his team are really frustrated (or scared I guess if they were actively lying)
