Lmao the last slide. They can never make me hate Jameela. And she’s right- it’s so easy to drag a gay woman on the internet. If these people were actually pro children they’d be calling for all the pedos in the Epstein files to be arrested! Or calling out the man that actually yelled at the kid in the first place??

  2. She definitely could have worded the first sentence differently. “I just wanna say I agree with all the chappel roan hate” ????

I once read a comment that was like “if Cillian Murphy was a woman his behaviour would be read totally different” and I can’t stop thinking about it.

  4. She’s right and she should say it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be falling for yet another smear campaign against a woman, especially a lesbian!!!!

If this is true, we’re way overdue for dismantling the Taylor Swift machine.

Am I dumb or does she never really make any sense? Like i get her points but why is she always making things way more complicated to understand

I mean even if she had told that kid to fuck off I don’t think in this global situation that’s terrible enough to make me hate her.

I am confused about her starting this with “I agree with all the Chappell Roan hate”

Everything I’ve seen recently complaining about Roan has been seemingly feminist. Nothing about Roan’s body, being “crazy” or hysterical, being childish or spoiled or anything like that. Rather it was all acknowledging that Roan has been working for years to get to the top but just also happens to be a jerk and has an antagonistic relationship with fame.

Maybe “difficult to work with” is actually coded language but that label gets applied pretty broadly in the entertainment industry.

this conversation is tired and overblown, Chappell already explained her side. i’m way more concerned with her larping as poor while her family owns golf courses, ranches and hospitals. bring us the tea on that

Well, Jameela wouldn’t know. It’s not like she’s ever been at the top…

and she’s right. this hate campaign is fucking nuts, and i genuinely believe people want chappell to hurt herself. this treatment would drive anyone insane, let alone someone with bipolar disorder. i can’t imagine the world analyzing every single move i make and calling me a cunt for having the audacity to breathe in the wrong direction.

She ain’t wrong! If this were a dude, I doubt it’d be news or even a complaint.

Im a cis hetero hockey playin gym lovin dude and the online hysteria over that interaction between two really rich peoples circles was really, really weird. And no one should care about it.

Roan seems unlikable to me but who the hell cares if some really, really rich kid got yelled at by security. It’s happened to me a 100 times. It’s not like roan kicked the kid in the head or something.

  15. I think my brain is taking this too literally. That first line is sarcasm, right?

I like Chappell and I like Jameela.

  16. I respect Chapell for being outspoken and setting boundaries that she doesnt want to be stalked around by fans and whoever else but paranoia doesnt excuse her for being rude to that little kid… Her bodyguard probably has done that before thats why he felt it was his job to do so. I dont think she deserves the hate and the ban to perform over this.

People are acting like Chapel got up and kicked the girl. And if that girl didn’t have a rich papa, nobody would even blink, especially that goon who banned her from something she wasn’t doing 😂

  18. jameela would be way less annoying if she wasn’t right most of the time and we could just dismiss her outright. I don’t hate her, I like her acting, I like her opinions, she seems like a pretty decent human being, and the hate he gets is ridiculous… but consistently being the first famous person to weigh in on every culture war bs isn’t doing her any favors

Okay so I’m very Indian and therefore my view of this whole situation is a little different from a lot of people but I’d like to ask anyone that either works with kids or understands psych – would something like this properly traumatize a child?

Granted I’m not asking the parents to not protect their kid but from a larger scale of things, this feels like a very ‘there’s people dying, Kim’ kinda moment.
