Airbnb is handing the keys to one of Disney Channel’s most recognizable homes.
The vacation rental platform announced Tuesday that it has partnered with Disney to recreate Hannah Montana’s Malibu beach house as a bookable stay, timed to the 20th anniversary of the hit Disney Channel series. Beginning March 25 at 9 a.m. ET, fans can request to book one of 10 one-night stays running from April 6 through April 16, with accommodations for up to four guests per visit.
The activation is part of a broader anniversary push around “Hannah Montana,” which premiered in 2006 and helped launch Miley Cyrus into global stardom. Disney has been rolling out a slate of nostalgia-driven programming and experiences tied to the milestone, including a 20th anniversary special that premiered this week. The series — which followed a teen balancing life as an average student and a chart-topping pop star — became a defining title of the Disney Channel’s mid-2000s era, spawning four seasons, a concert film and a 2009 theatrical feature.

Airbnb’s latest partnership leans directly into that dual-identity premise. Guests staying at the Malibu property will be invited to “step into the best of both worlds,” with the home designed to mirror the show’s fictional beach house while layering in interactive elements tied to Hannah Montana’s pop persona.
Central to the experience is the show’s signature closet — reimagined here as a transformation space stocked with sequined outfits, statement accessories and visual nods to some of the character’s most recognizable looks. Elsewhere, the home features oceanfront views, a balcony overlooking the Malibu coastline and direct beach access, alongside decor that references key moments from the series.
Bookings for the Malibu stay open March 25, with guests selected from request submissions.
