What Have You Done? will see Keskin and Jamie Bisping stay in character as the self-confessed “stay-at-home daughter” Chi, and her step cousin Lucas, as they interview eight celebrities on their pedalo on Ramsgate Boating Lake. As suggested by the title, they’ll be asking them about things they wish they had done in their lives, as well as things they perhaps wish they hadn’t.

The eight celebrities braving the pedalo are Big Zuu, Kate Garraway, Sam Campbell, Tia Kofi, Konnie Huq, Tamzin Outhwaite, Lou Sanders and Josh Pugh. The first two episodes, with Big Zuu and Kate Garraway, are now up on YouTube.

Roughcut Television, the producer of Things You Should Have Done, will also be producing the spin-off. Ash Atalla, CEO of Roughcut, said of the new commission: “Making comedy is really hard. This was only a tiny bit easier because it was shorter.”

Keskin and Bisping recently attended the RTS Programme Awards 2026 and won the Scripted Comedy category for the second year running. Speaking to the RTS on the blue carpet, they hinted at some major interest from A-listers in their new chat show.

The BBC has confirmed that the commission is part of its new YouTube strategy, having struck a landmark deal with the video streaming service in January 2026 to produce “fresh YouTube-first programming.” It describes What Have You Done? as the kind of “short-form, personality-driven content that is designed to engage new audiences both on YouTube and BBC iPlayer.”
