Sorry, but this is funny! 😂 All the best health for those that got sick, though. Her food as bad as those clothes she makes. She should have hired professionals to follow the appropriate steps to make her recipe. It sounds really amateurish to do this without finding out what is needed.

I don't think the health department would shut down an establishment after one illness. It's too hard to know where that one illness came from. Food poisoning can strike within hours after eating, or within days. In other words, you could have gotten sick from anything you ate in the last week. However, if a bunch of people start showing up at doctors offices and ERs with the same kind of food poisoning (specific bacteria), then the health department would ask where they've eaten in the past week and see if there is a pattern. If they all consumed food at one place, bingo! you've got a problem establishment or farm. Sometimes they can even track an illness to a specific food service worker who is infected but asymptomatic. So I suspect there was a pattern of illnesses that were tracked to Mama Tina's.
The ones saying it was good confuses me. My people will never I mean never say your food tastes good when it doesn’t 😂
