    1. Honestly trust your pharmacist. This situation is a little eeeh maybe BS. But on any given day pharmacists correct hundreds of improper prescriptions weather they assigned the wrong dose, or it conflicts with another medication? We separate the disciplines for a reason. Having a well informed pharmacist checking the work of the doctor who can't memorize 1000 medications conflicts and doses? We do that for a reason.

    2. Honestly, I would rather go with the pharmacist recommendation because they know what the drugs are and what they’re doing. Doctors are prescribing drugs for kickbacks some of the times. I’ve seen it where doctors prescribed drugs that shouldn’t be prescribed with other drugs, and they will write a prescription for both tell the patient to take both of them.

    3. The giveaway is that the pharmacist said "I prefer that drug better". Preference establishes one of two things: Addiction or Dealing. Either one is a red flag.
He smartened up and went with his doctor's recommendation.

    4. Imagine going all the way back to your doctors office in one day, keep in mind you have already driven all the way to the pharmacy, just to tell him you were told by someone else they have something better so write me a new script to finally get to the pharmacy to find out the guys a fckin idiot

    5. I hate pharmacists. They have the right to refuse filling my prescription at their discretion. Ive gone sick because they wouldnt fill it many times. They think they can decide what my doctors should and shouldnt give me. Getting suboxone is one of the hardest things ever, to this day even after being on it ten years. Can't fill it early cuz its a narcotic, pharmacies are often out of stock of it, but they wont order more unless i have a prescription sent in, butni cant have a prescription sent in until the day of my refill because its a narcitic, so every month i have to either call 10 pharmacies to see who has it in stock ahead of time amd hope they still have it by the time i see my doctor and get a refill, or go sick for days untill a nearby pharmacy can order it. Ive even had pharmacies get it in stock then tell me they refuse to give it to me because i look shady. Like i got to wear a suit to get them to fill it, all so i wont be sick. Its a miserable existence.
