I don't care about the uniform, I think he looks sharper in a suit.
Also, I don't know who this man in the video is, his posts get suggested to me sometimes but this is the first I've watched. If his other videos are crazy, I do not endorse them.

Why was Harry berated and given so many reprimands for trying to wear his beard with his uniform, but now Mr. Supposedly Can Do No Wrong wanted to grow a beard to distract from his baldness and meh face and suddenly the rules have changed so beards are okay with uniforms?

He’s a fit and handsome man, so a uniform will enhance that. It’s rare the man whose attraction level is not enhanced by a uniform. Also, most balding men, like William and Harry, do tend to look better with a hat. Just not a sombrero.
The guy does fashion critiques, he’s very fangirly and positive, kind of over the top but funny.
