The video release comes after the singer filed a lawsuit to block it from going public, with his legal team arguing the footage would cause ‘public ridicule and harassment.’ The pop star was arrested in the Hamptons on June 18, 2024 for allegedly drinking and driving. He later pleaded guilty to a non-criminal traffic violation, driving while ability impaired, down from the original misdemeanor DWI charge.

Okey he was drunk and it is not right… take his car, take his licence for some time yes . But humiliating him asking things to do even if you see that he is drunk and plus publishing this video on INTERNET? This is not LEGAL and Justin has to open law case agains those published this video

If he really only had one martini and wasn't drunk, a test would have proven that. Yet he refused. Is it because he knew he was at least tipsy and shouldn't have been driving? Probably. Kinda annoying the expectation that they let him go, from him but especially from that woman. He broke the law. That's what happens. 😱
