Ask her to judge by her heart of hearts, what female directed movies beat the male ones? And be honest.
Not many people know what insane work ethics Directors have. Natalie might be on site for most of the day, but she's not working for the most of the day. The Director is working for the entire day, 15 – 20 hours, not only that they are working crazy hours in preparation before anyone is even hired on a movie set.
Obviously women are able to do it, but it's not good for you and there are more men because men are in generally just stronger and have more endurance.
