I think there’s such an annoying tendency in these types of, like, hero story movies (fantasy, superheroes, etc) to make women incredibly one note, superstrong, honourable heroes, and men messy, goofy, but ultimately having hearts of gold.
And it’s annoying to both genders.
Like, let boys be competent and morally righteous again, and let girls be messy and *fun*. And the opposite and neither.
