After all, TS tried to protect the trademark and was rejected, because the name is very similar to an already existing protected trademark. That still means that she knowingly wanted to break the law, so if it goes, it goes. I like TS less and less.
Sorry, I really respect you and follow your work, but trademark protection in any industry exists precisely because of cases like this. If the owner protected the name, then she absolutely has the right to ask TS not to sell items under which the girl protected the name. It's even more sad if the girl is a fan of TS, who, btw, is very famous for constantly suing someone.
