I’m glad people are speaking up (even though I wish they did so a decade ago). But I’m concerned that these companies will take these lawsuits as an excuse to further push age verification laws in the United States, and perhaps a Section 230 repeal.
This is not the win we think it is. More than likely this is leading to section 230 restrictions which is exactly what big tech wants.
