      I’m amazed that 63% of millennial dog owners are men, and even more amazed that 46% of millennial cat owners are men. I would have assumed both numbers were way lower.

      That’s very cute! My husband has become such a cat guy since meeting me and my cat.

      Well, that’s not what that says, it says Gen Z/Millennial men have had the most growth in cat ownership (as in a higher percent of men own cats than before) but women are still the majority of cat owners.

      But that’s awesome! I love that more people are into cats. I just hope everyone is being responsible about it: get them fixed in a timely manner, KEEP THEM INSIDE, and please take them to a vet regularly!!!

      My boyfriend was never a cat fan until we got our boy, Pinky, last year.

      Now, when he comes home from work, he goes straight for the cat to hug him and kiss him.

      Good news. Cats will make them better men. And just by being open minded enough to get a cat shows they’re already on their way! Both my nephews are “cat dads”.

      When I was younger I said Id wait until I had a house and a family before getting a dog but then I seen how many awful pet owners there were. I got a dog at like 23 years old and he just passed away almost a year ago. It was the best decision I ever made. It wasnt EASY by any means but I always enjoyed our time and the effort was worth it. I just think a lot of people wanted to wait but realized they would be waiting forever and just did it. I just hope the dogs are happily home.

      If this is a positive side effect of the male loneliness epidemic, I approve.

      I used to volunteer at the shelter and there’s *so* many kitties that come in every day. I feel like the public is really aware of shelter overcrowding when it comes to dogs, but not with cats. And so many uncared for cats just become feral.

      Men go get them kitties!!

      My fiance loves our kitties like they’re his children. He was always an animal lover but more of a dog person. Now he has treat time with our kitties every night and recently re wrapped their twine scratchers by hand. He’s such a cat dad.

      once my brother and his wife got a dog, i got a cat shortly after. and now all of my cousins have cats too 🥰

      i went to ramy youssef’s stand up and he mentioned how since he doesnt have kids atm, when he sees his parents he just talks about his dog and it reminds me of my mom just accepting her fate as a grandmother to cats and dogs lmaooo

      Maybe the childless single cat lady “insult” will die out, or be replaced with childless single cat people. Either way I’d say this is a win across the board for humans and cats!

      My family didn’t fw cats growing up, met a couple cats as an adult, realized cats were chill as hell, adopted cat!
