Riggs’ Deleted Sniper Rescue Defines Why He’s a Legend #shorts #film #movie #edit

This iconic deleted scene from Lethal Weapon (1987) shows Martin Riggs walking straight into the line of fire to take down a school sniper and save innocent kids—raw, unhinged, and pure 80s action perfection. Fans have begged for this scene to stay in the final cut for decades; it’s the ultimate showcase of Riggs’ reckless heroism and why this buddy cop classic still hits harder than any modern action flick. No SWAT, no backup, just one lethal weapon doing what no one else will. #LethalWeapon #MartinRiggs #MelGibson #80sAction #DeletedScene #ActionClassic #BuddyCop #FilmEdit #ActionMovies #RetroAction

    1. This scene played right into his "fearless hero" persona because he's deeply depressed and "sui-sigh+dal" so he walks right into the toughest situations with seemingly no fear. It needs to stay in the movie.
