      I do not think BL will appeal because there are 3 grounds that tossed her SH claims out that she will have to jump them which are just not possible. i.e. Independent contractor, jurisdictions and the bar being too high for her SH claims. She will only appeal if she wants to carry on her frivolous claims which will give JB more grounds to demand legal and punitive costs if the same claims are tossed out in the Appeal.

      Thank you for explaining this so clearly and succinctly. I barely need to read/watch anything else. When I first saw a snippet of the news on Instagram I came straight to YouTube and of course a few videos came up about it and I started listening to those but stopped on yours. I'll be looking forward to tuning into your next episode about this. BUT I don't believe she will appeal.

      This is great news I'm pleased for Justin to have a win. I'm a little disappointed at how it came about, rather than saying her claims are false it seems like a technicality that she didn't sign the contract

      I’m already bracing for Blake’s lawyers to spin this as “Justin only won because of some technicality,” while still portraying her as the victim backed by “hundreds of undeniable pieces of evidence”… and on and on.

      I am so happy. Rarely do we see justice being done in this world these days. What annoys me though is that because of spoilt, arrogant and incompetent people like Fake Loudly – real SH victims will face unnecessary skepticism going ahead. People like her misuse protective legislations and further set back the victims they were designed to protect. She should be heavily penalized for this lawsuit.

      Courts cannot adjudicate baseless claims.
      I am sorry Justin had to personally sustain a retracted period of suffering due to spurious claims and his loved ones. I will not watch ANYTHING with Blake or Ryan in it, involved in it or associated with. Their own doing! Idiots!

      The best thing to come out of this situation besides these complaints thrown out is the knowledge the public has learned about Blake and Ryan. We know what kind of people the narcissistic couple are and we know to avoid these people on every level.

      IMO, Blake, Coleen Hoover, Isabella Ferrer, Sklenar and the others who tried to ruin Justin should be held accountable. We all have seen the evidence in court documents of what they tried to do.

      We knew the unfairness of this case from the beginning, shared the joy with every good news, our frustration when things seemed to be going against Justin but despite the highs and lows, HOPE always remained because we knew his win would be our win too. BL and RR represent everything that’s wrong in the world, greed, selfishness, lack of morals. They felt the opposite in Justin, love, kindness, family values and disliked him for it. They saw him as easy pickings not realising that those traits are his strength and in many of us, they are ours too. Cheers to everyone from UK!!!

      I hope JB will appeal, he needs to make clear he never harmed her in any way. IMO the judge ruling BL cannot say she was SHed because she was not an employee, is not a victory, because it doesn't imply that JB was a gentleman. She could go on playing the victim and blaming the system. He needs this to be made clear in court.
