Reminds me of my Physics teacher in high school. He taught AP and Physics 2 and C.
One day he doesn’t come to school (which he frequently did sometimes) but this time he didn’t leave any work for any of us which he almost never did. He was replaced, and a few days later we learn that apparently he was trying to break into the house door and kill his grandson with a machete (or something along those lines) according to an online headline. Anyways he got his job back like a year or so later, so it’s probably safe to say that the story was at least partly bogus. But regardless I’ve already left the school by the time he was reinstated so I couldn’t even ask him even if I wanted to.

My then girlfriend supported me when i got fired AND during COVID. I wasnt working for two fkn years. When i finally got a job i was making as much as she was, but i had debts. Then i almost got deported. But then by the grace of God Customs and Border Protection and ICE decided to not pursue deportation proceedings and I got my citizenship. All throughout that my girlfriend stuck by me. Then i got fired again (lol) but managed to find a job in a month and get a massive jump in salary and making 33% more than my girlfriend. Im still at that job and make six figures and we have a kid and a house now. She got sick and quit her job recently but we can remain comfortable with my salary. I married her last year. We have our uos and downs but i know were together for life. Shes my best friend and the mother of my kid, whom i both love to the sun and back.
And the reason for my fortunes? God. I devote my life to Jesus. Thanks God!
