Happy Easter from The Royal List. One couple full of the joys of spring, is Peter Phillips and fiancée Harriet Sperling, who have set the date for their wedding in the Cotswolds. According to Gloucestershire Live, Princess Anne’s son and Harriet, will wed at All Saints Church, Kemble, on Saturday June 6, near his home in Gatcombe Park.

Peter separated from first wife Autumn in 2020 after 12 years of marriage and the couple shares custody of their two children, Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14. Divorcee Harriet is a single mum to daughter, Georgina, 13, she shares with fitness instructor Antonio St John Sperling and the families have blended well.

Harriet has been a royal regular since debuting at Badminton Horse Trails in May 2024, appearing at Ascot, Wimbledon and polo matches and is said to get on well with Peter’s sister Zara. We predict their girls will be thrilled to be bridesmaids and the wider Windsor family happy to celebrate the joyous day, just before Garter Day and Ascot.

The bride, who often sports British labels like Beulah London, ME+EM and Penelope Chilvers, is expected to choose a British designer for her dress, with Hello tipping it might be someone local to Gloucestershire.

Born Harriet Eleanor Sanders in 1980, the third of four children, to solicitor Rupert Sanders and Mary Hoskins; in 1971, her mum was photographed as one of Country Life’s famous ‘Girls in Pearls’ and in 1969, her father (who died in 2023) saw his first cousin marry a niece of Princess Alice. Harriet studied at St Mary’s University and became a paediatric nurse at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, for which Catherine, Princess of Wales, is patron.

A Christian, Harriet wrote about being a single mum, for Woman Alive. “In the earlier years of my journey as a single mother, resources were scarce, and the future was uncertain. Yet, in the absence of material security, I discovered the strength and life that comes from true selfless love,” she wrote. “My daughter and I journeyed 10 years with only each other. I liken us to an island and it has often felt hard to imagine anyone joining that island.” We wish the families well and can’t wait for June!

Charles and Camilla took part in the traditional Royal Maundy Service at St Asaph Cathedral in North Wales on Thursday, where they presented Royal Maundy gifts to 77 men and 77 women. It followed the announcement the King and Queen will make a State Visit to the USA for the 250th anniversary of American Independence. President Trump revealed on Truth Social the visit will be 27-30 April, with, “a beautiful Banquet Dinner at the White House on the evening of April 28”. He said he looked “forward to spending time with the King, whom I greatly respect. It will be TERRIFIC!” While the visit has drawn some criticism, we imagine the Government is keen to send the King and Queen on the ultimate peace mission.

Kate’s mate – Natasha Archer reveals her new career. Pic: Natasha Archer

It’s no accident that Catherine always looks so impeccably chic, with a wing woman called Natasha Archer as your stylist – who’s renowned for transforming the royal’s wardrobe. You’ve probably heard of Natasha and you would have definitely spotted her in the royal entourage.

From 2010 to 2025, she served as the senior private executive assistant to Catherine and William, and was considered one of their closest and trusted aids. But, after leaving Kensington Palace last year, and launching her luxury consultancy firm in September, Natasha’s now offering fashion advice to clients across the world.

Posting on Instagram, she said: “After almost two decades working within private households, I’m delighted to begin this new chapter, offering discreet, bespoke advisory services for those seeking considered guidance across wardrobe, personal presentation, creative direction, and the finer details that shape important moments.”

In 2019, Natasha was appointed an MVO (Member of the Royal Victorian Order) in Elizabeth II’s New Year’s Honours list – a personal award for those who have given exceptional service to the royals. We’re pretty sure Catherine will be giving her glowing references and have her former style guru on speed dial. You can find Natasha here.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex on Instagram: “My boys. Quick learner…

With most royals enjoying their private Easter holidays, Meghan posted news not from Montecito but from a family ski break on a much bigger Stateside mountain. The Duchess shared a video of six-year-old Archie skiing down the slopes, following Harry down a run, captioning it: “My boys. Quick learner, Archie! So proud.”
In his 2023 memoir, Spare, the Duke revealed he has “always loved skiing” and described himself as “good” at it.

The polymath prince: Royal Navy officer, prince consort, pilot, polo player, WWF president and the most-popular royal

A Navy war hero, super sportsman, conservation pioneer, action man and much-loved royal – it’ll be five years this Thursday since we lost Prince Philip on April 9, 2021 at Windsor Castle. Aged 99, he left us just before the 100th birthday he said he never wanted. It’ll be a bittersweet day for Charles and Camilla as April 9 is also their wedding anniversary, celebrating 21 years of wedded bliss this week.

Back in July 2022, Camilla fondly remembered her father-in-law: “The Duke of Edinburgh’s philosophy was clear: ‘Look up and look out, say less, do more – and get on with the job’ – and that is just what I intend to do.”
