I knew they would try spin what the judge said and say it was a technicality. He literally dismantled each claim and said no jury would find her claims credible- basically they were a joke! Shocker, a lower C list wanna be celebrity, bullies regular people, tells a bunch of lies & is all around a terrible person. Meanwhile her biggest claim to fame is she's married to the dude who made it big from the Abraham Lincoln, bat wing, log, brain, & the goat, dick jokes. They both suck & nobody cares what they say.
I still somewhat believe that she had a crush on him during filming, but he always refused her advances, so she tried to control the workplace and takeover his whole work as a retaliation. She had the power, means, and perhaps massive petty jealousy over rejection. And now she's in too deep. If she lost the lawsuit, all of her brand and reputation will take a nosedive, perhaps her marriage too, so she has to fight all her might.

I never got the impression her claims amounted to SH (aside from the claim she was repletely told was her dead father was 'communicating' with her, that was disturbing), but, generally, is weird as fuck that independent contractors are legally allowed to be harassed. What's wrong with the US?

Actually a "win" for BL and her team would have been the judge dismissing the entire case. At that point, as long as she avoids Amber Heard-type mistakes, she can spin this whole experience any way she wanted. However, if this goes to trial the collateral damage in its wake will make anything that happened prior to May 18, 2026 a light spring rain.While the trial itself will more resemble a destructive hurricane. So, I am betting on a last minute (maybe 24hours before trial) settlement with NDA's for all.
