An independent contractor can be SH’d in the colloquial sense, for sure, but according to the law in most cases anyway they have too much power, an essential element in SH laws, to be SH’d according to the legal standard. For which reason only employees are protected by the federal law. Either her lawyers are dumb to have brought this, or in for PR only, or bamboozled Blake, or caved to her insistent demands despite warnings, being financially incentivized to do so. Ahhhhh-meennnn.
So tired of Blake’s bs- she’s a narcissist who does not have the capacity for compassion, reflection or regret. Shame on her for the shadow she’s casting on victims of abuse.
