      Hill was arrested in August after he was spotted wandering Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles in his underwear and cowboy boots. He was charged with three counts of battery against a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer. He pleaded not guilty during his arraignment and was facing up to five years in prison if convicted.

      I am in the dark as to what happened to him on the day he was arrested. Sounded like substance abuse but I never dug into it.
