Last time I put in a 2 weeks notice, they said “you can go ahead and clock out now, it’s ok.” Yeah, they fired me… I went a month without a paycheck and nearly lost my vehicle and apartment. I’ll never put in a 2 weeks notice again.
I worked for a company for 8 yrs, I gave a 3 month notice and told a couple customers I was leaving and then was told I was trying to steal customers. Felt like a gut punch.
He’s standing there trying to talk her out of it but too emotional Truly cares about her and wants to support her decision that’s not a boss that’s a friend
