Taylor Frankie Paul Granted Supervised Visitation With Her Son | E! News

Taylor Frankie Paul is allowed to see her son again. Over two weeks after her ex Dakota Mortensen was granted temporary custody over their 2-year-old son, the ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ star was granted supervised visitation during an April 7 court appearance in the case. The presiding judge issued an amended temporary protective order stating that Taylor can have up to eight hours of supervised parent time per week, which can be broken up into two- or three-hour increments. The judge’s ruling will remain in place until her and Dakota’s next hearing on April 30. Dakota filed for a protective order against Taylor on March 19, the same day TMZ published a video of a 2023 physical altercation between the pair where Taylor threw a chair and a child could be heard crying. (Taylor also shares two kids with ex-husband Tate Paul.) The order was granted and Taylor was allowed “no parent time” with their son until the April 7 hearing, per the order obtained by People March 20. Dakota’s restraining order filing against the 31-year-old alleged that she was physically abusive toward him during two incidents in February, according to the filing obtained by TMZ. In addition to losing temporary custody of her son, Taylor’s season of ‘The Bachelorette’ was shelved by ABC before the show’s premiere.
