Roll on May 1st! A sequel literally 20 years in the making, and I'm delighted that Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci are all reprising their roles.
Every Detail I Missed On The Devil Wears Prada Trailer, Thanks For The Story Emily, Your Beautiful Kindness Keep Me Going 🫶
It slipped on the Today Show that Lady Gaga will be making a cameo in the film!
0:58 – So the problem with the first detail, is that it's already outdated, the era of PC has been coming to a very crashing end these past several years, it's controversial, people don't agree with that, they want honesty, they want political incorrectness and someone like Miranda would've never allowed that type of restrictive PC culture to set in her company, it makes no sense for the character to allow people who are supposedly terrified of her, like her own personal assistant, or other employees to dictate what she can or can't say. That scene in the trailer is very much an outdated 2017-2018 scene, not something that would fit today nor would it fit Miranda's entire character and how she is presented in the story since the very first movie; she wouldn't walk on any self inflicted eggshells unless forced to do so by the owner of the magazine and that could be the case, but that entire scene dosen't really fit the character or the workplace culture in her company. It's shown that she still reigns supreme, that she can fire anyone with a mere call without a previous notice, that everyone still does what she demands them to do as if nothing had changed, so this creates a possible plot hole, a contradiction start to emerge already within this one trailer. Miranda's entire character is politically incorrect and it has to remain that way for the character to work on screen.
Very Very great epic list I like it a lot Very Very great job mismojo one of my favorite list ever ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Gaga was spotted performing on the runway in the trailer, wearing her black Versace dress that she wore at the Grammys 2012
Yeah pass. After The New Look, they should have avoided Chanel. They could have highlighted Dior. I will gladly wait for the digital release.
I am in desperate need of Chanel. Or two.
"May the bridges I burn light my way." The author of that line is a genius. That is my new personal motto. 🤔😀👍❤️
