I think the uniform looks quite good on her but doesn't look comfortable or flexible for her job no. they should have a few similarly styled options with a couple cut types so people can mix and match to body type whilst still having the same fabric and insignia and similar design in mind, just with more options. dudes can also need clothes not typically masculine shaped.
Genuinely, uniforms were not made for women. They are tailored to a flat chest and less narrow waist and more narrow hips. A uniform top will never fit a woman correctly unless they make mens and womens uniforms instead of "unisex" because the "unisex" design is tailored for men
You shouldn't wear active wear around flames or electricity. Cotton burns away, but synthetic fiber melts onto you and into you. Then er doctors have to use scrub brushes to get the melted plastic out of your burned flesh.
