Offset was photographed smoking a cigarette outside of a Florida hospital after he was shot in the leg. The “Taste” rapper appeared slightly distressed as he crouched over in an ICU wheelchair alongside his mom, Latabia Woodward, and a hospital employee on Tuesday.
