I’m similarly sized in the bust and I’ve put on dozens of dresses that sat like this on me. My guess is that she sized up to fit her bust, but the dress wasn’t designed for her shape and still just doesn’t sit right. You can see when she lifts her arms how far from her actual body the waist is sitting, and her breast is escaping the designated boob area and into the side that should be snug to her ribs, which is part of why it looks awkward. She’s gorgeous but the dress was just the wrong choice 🙁
