Caleb opens up about the pressure of filling in for OG star Erik Per Sullivan as Dewey, and shares how he was able to bring a little bit of himself to the fan favorite little brother.

  1. So here, Newey says he has no idea if that's the end or not, but he told us subliminally that he'll pursue this role and so will the other actors. The show teased more of the rivalry between all of the brothers, and there's so many more stories that can be told with these characters. It's unfortunate that the OG actor for Dewey didn't want to participate, that's okay since he never liked acting. Nobody complained about the original actor for Jaime (twins) being recast as Jaime neither. How do you recast older twins and not spend more money? Who knows where they're at nowadays neither… they don't act at all anymore. So being upset about Dewey being recast feels lopsided, and it's all just gossip as to why. It's not like he's Hugh Jackman playing as Wolverine, where it feels impossible to recast. It's like James Bond 007 being recast each decade. I personally want to see more of the family dynamics, new and OG cast. The Revival didn't have enough of that here… but it teased it
