John Travolta is “so proud” of his daughter, budding actress Ella Bleu Travolta.
Travolta gushed about his daughter, who appeared on the pink carpet of the Fashion Trust U.S. fourth annual awards ceremony on Tuesday, April 7, in Los Angeles, wearing a black long-sleeve Blumarine gown adorned with black flowers.
“So proud of my baby girl @ella.bleu,” the “Grease” actor, 72, wrote on Instagram Wednesday. “Look out for Ella in my directorial debut, ‘Propeller One-Way Night Coach.'”
Some of Travolta’s famous friends praised the young star in the comments, with Rita Wilson calling her “absolutely beautiful” and Sharon Stone remarking, “She looked so pretty and was even nicer.”
Ella Bleu, 26, has starred with her father in the 2009 Disney film “Old Dogs” and the 2019 crime thriller “The Poison Rose.” Following a role in the indie drama fantasy “Get Lost,” released in March, she is set to appear in three upcoming films, including “Propeller” – adapted from Travolta’s 1997 book of the same name – set to debut at Cannes, before a late May release on Apple TV. The out-of-competition film is the first film he has directed and follows a young aviation enthusiast and his mother on a life-changing cross-country flight to Hollywood.

Ella Bleu, who is also a singer, honored her mom in a music video for “Little Bird,” a song dedicated to Preston on her 2024 EP “Colors of Love.”
“I definitely felt (Preston) watching over me,” she told People magazine at the time. “I knew that she was really proud of this whole process and of me.”
