You are wrong – law relies on "technicalities"
I do think the Jones case will be the key to it all. It was never going to be this case, as there was no case. Even if the Jones case doesn't really do the job, I do suspect the mic drop moment will be whatever they are able to get out of that, which might support Justin's case and lead him to appeal.
I still think there could be some bombshells against Lively in the SJ case that will be going forward. Might temper any "victory" she feels.

I would love the retaliation to go to trial so that both RR and BL can see it was organic, I’d love for the jury to watch all of her nonsensical interviews and hideously tone deaf marketing promos. I want to see Blake having to look at Kjerstis face when testifying and I would love to see RR on the stand getting questioned and the jury being able to see the darkness in his eyes. Andy, you are right that if it gets dismissed, they will spin it and she will forever think she’s not accountable!
I think BL will spin whatever outcome and her supporters will support her regardless. It's the best outcome for Wayfarer to have a short concise statement "Miss Lively's case was dismissed". A years from now the general public will only remember the short concise outcome and not a convoluted explanation. The people that matter in the industry will probably quietly work with JB and Wayfarer, and quietly avoid Lively. BL will continue to post on IG and keep her comment section closed.

Hmm, I don't know a loss is a loss. She could appeal (if she doesn't that looks bad) and Justin can still appeal against Ryan which I think stands a good chance and then he can have his day in court. Then too are the text to be revealed in Ables case.
I think even if it doesn't go to court blake has been found guilt in the public eye. She is ruined. I think Ryan pushed her the entire way and he is going to take a hit. But he has enough money that it won't change his lifestyle. Just ego's. Heard they are moving to London due to all the negative press.

13:43 This honestly could’ve been Blake Lively and her lawyers’ plan all along. They could’ve known the claims were very weak but since Blake dug herself too far in she had to keep going and they knew they could fight as much as they could to go to trial but most of it would be tossed out. And then Blake Lively could use the victim card that every one of her major claims about SH and retaliation were thrown out based on technicalities of the law and she never was able to share her story. She’s a victim of the court that keeps setting women back, but she vows to keep fighting the good fight against social injustices against women. And this is the way out for her and Ryan and the mess they made. Ryan was the supportive husband there for Blake. Maybe they know this won’t go to trial but they put Ryan as a witness for now so even if the next 1-2 claims are dropped and they settle on the contract dispute claim, the public knows that Ryan was willing to testify for Blake. Even though we don’t even know what would be relevant for his testimony right now, the PR game can use it to support Ryan’s image. It works either way if Ryan stays with Blake or they separate. They’ll quietly retreat to their new London home and be away from the spotlight focusing on raising their children away from American Politics. Ryan can manage his soccer team he owns and write Blake scripts to act in, produce, and direct with Maximum Effort production. They’ll both travel to the states for whatever work they find when needed. Either they’ll sell their NYC apartment or keep it. But, I think they’re planning on selling which is why they had People Mag or whatever outlet do an article showing off their Tribecca penthouse with pictures of Blake Lively’s Instagram post so they can increase the value. And then maybe in a few years they’ll make their “comeback.” The writing is on the wall.

Blake is so exhausting. She could have walked away with a little bit of dignity at any point, citing her desire to focus on her family, but no… she keeps pushing and making a fool of herself on a global stage. At this point, there is no humiliating defeat big enough for what she deserves.
