    1. Thank You So Much….This Is A Classic Western With 3 Great Stars…All Gone Now….And Need Remembered In Their Full Glory. God Bless… And Again, Thank You

    2. Marilyn Monroe was an incredibly talented woman.
Her exquisite beauty was icing on the cake. It is so tragic that her difficult upbringing caused her so much grief and insecurities.

Robert Mitchum was excellent in this film, as always and Tommy Rettig was a wonderfully talented child actor. Rory Calhoun could play a villain and the guy next door with equal ease. Great cast!!

    3. I've never seen such an old movie i liked. The actors and actresses usually have a stupid and fake accent. But I don't nowtice that with this movie. Great movie I lived it, thanks!

    4. Made before the era where all Hollywood movies became Anti-American propaganda.
So refreshing to see something that's just a good story not covert political propaganda.

    5. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Mitchum as an actor on the film "Scrooged" in Hollywood, and he was a joy to behold. Casual, genuine and a real force of nature. He had this wonderful way of telling stories about his leading ladies, especially Marilyn Monroe. Said she was a sweet, caring lady. Hollywood could take a lesson.

    6. I know Marilyn Monroe and Robert Mitchum both hating making this movie, yet it has a certain charm, they definitely had chemistry on the screen, Tommy Rettig (the young lad) was very sweet.ย
Some beautiful cinematography and sweet songsโ€ฆI really enjoyed re-watching this after a few years!

    7. Frank Church wilderness of no return!!!
The Salmon River I've been there that is not it!!!๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ™„
      WHY???๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    8. I've watched that great movie Little Big Man, which adds the indigenous view on this confrontation with whites. However, I have no idea of any movie directed by an indigenous that portrays how savagely whites invaded their land and ruthlessly murdered their population, including children and babies.

    9. Very Moving movie!!!! It moves you more than the river. Rocbert Mitchum, the tough gentleman, Marilyn Monroe, the lady who is different; and a young boy who is a man.,. What a movie; they don't make them like this any more!!!!
