Why Taylor Frankie Paul WON’T Face Charges In Domestic Violence Case

    “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” and “Bachelorette” star Taylor Frankie Paul is dodging serious legal trouble. Taylor and her ex, Dakota Mortensen, were both facing domestic violence charges related to two investigations following alleged incidents between them. Now, we’re learning more about why the Utah district attorney is declining to file charges against either party. NBC legal analyst Misty Marris explains to Access Hollywood why that doesn’t necessarily mean the drama is over.

    1. But if it was the other way around that he was being effusive towards her, I'm pretty sure she would have had custody of the baby. But she has a very short temper from what I saw on their series. And I think he should have custody of the baby, but this is only my opinion. I've seen the videos regardless of what last week last month or 2 years ago. And I'm glad they took that dropped her from that show. The bachelorette.

    2. Dakota is toxic. By putting this all out there he ruined her season on the Bachelorette and Dancing with the Stars which would have meant more income for her and subsequently financial stability for their sons future and wellbeing. Dakota was willing to throw his sons future away for his selfish revenge. He does things to trigger has goaded her into alterations throughout their entire relationship. They need to stay far away from each other and have a mediator who hands off Ever so they have zero interaction.
