Law & Order: Organized Crime star Christopher Meloni had an emotional message for Elliot Stabler fans after the series was cancelled on April 16. “I just saw that they announced OC, Organized Crime, won’t be coming back,” Meloni said in an Instagram Reel. “So I wanted to take this moment to thank the fans who not only helped give the character of Elliot Stabler life and longevity, but for sticking with him and welcoming him back.” He continued: “I had a great time playing him. It was a great ride, but thank you, you helped give me a career that I never dreamed of, you know, nearly 17 odd years.” This isn’t the first time Meloni has bid farewell to the Law & Order universe. After playing Detective Elliot Stabler on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit alongside Mariska Hargitay’s Detective Olivia Benson for 12 years, he left that show in 2011, but has made multiple guest appearances since then. Its where they put the show. If it was still on NBC it wouldn't have been canceled. For me it had more action than law and order criminal intent ( comes on before Olivia's law and order) Hopefully you will find another good series Stabler !!

I think you all are making a HUGE mistake in not continuing the show. This was the only show that I was on the edge of my seat the entire episodes. Again, I think you all are making a grave mistake. Sad that it’s over. Meloni is the best actor especially in his Organized Crime Series.

Now if they just would cancel law and order SVU, to me cancellation for it (law & order SVU) is about 7 years overdue. But I'm probably the only one tired of it and shows using the lord's name in vain. To me that's not enjoyable to hear. I know I know but that's just my opinion. Enjoy any actors but not the shows
