    >Fitzpatrick wrote that while in charge of the bureau, Patel has consumed alcohol “to the point of obvious intoxication” in front of White House officials and other Trump administration staff. On multiple occasions within the past year, members of his security detail have also “had difficulty waking Patel because he was seemingly intoxicated,” The Atlantic reported.

Why do these chumps never remember that the media is only afraid of Trump. They’re not going to pay off drunky mcdrunkerson when they have 20 sources.

I mean I assume they’ve done their research and have the sources/evidence to back it up, knowing this would happen, so I’m sure he’ll come off really well in court (if he’s not too drunk to turn up).

  4. To be fair, he does seem like more of a cocaine guy. Just, like, in his eyes and sweatiness and the way he talks and dresses and also his general demeanour.

So he might have a case here.

  5. The top journalism publications have lawyers on staff. They make sure that everything is verifiable. If he wants to sue, okay, but he is just opening himself up to further scrutiny.

  6. With the way shit goes these days, this’ll probably get elevated to the supreme court as a civil case and they’ll find in Patels favor via some random secret memo and give him full ownership of The Atlantic as payment.

He won’t win against this publication. Just drunken bluster from a drunken fool.

Don’t worry Kash. There’s nothing defamatory anyone could say that would make us think any less of you. You’re already rock bottom.
