What an incredibly heroic man but it’s so sad that we live in a society where school shootings are just a part of growing up now.

I hate that this is America (not the heroics of the principal but that it’s needed, and not always there)

To put your life on the line for your fellow human is the most selfless and brave thing someone can do. Respect, Principle Moore. Respect.

I don’t get get it? What’s wrong in that? Shitting is totally allowed in schools.

When did school workers become a dangerous job like cops and firefighters? War zones and violence ridden places used to be the only time it was dangerous to be at schools

I feel sorry for you americans, I get that its still rare to be personally affected but it cast a pallor of apathy and violence to all the rest of the school children in the country, ‘it’ll never happen here’, and then when it does those parents and survivors are left swept away in the aftermath by the news media moving on.

It means a lot when older people accept death to save those younger than he. We should all aspire to have this mentality, though one wishes it weren’t necessary

  9. AND, I just have to point out: he didn’t have to shoot the shooter as a “good guy with a gun”.

Hero that I wish we didn’t need!

I’m not American but I’m just so sorry that ordinary people with ordinary jobs have to do this and that ordinary kids have to deal with this terror. What a heroic person. I just wish he didn’t have to do this.
