Peggy, star of The Mod Squad, and Quincy, a brilliant Black music producer, often faced stares of rejection. Yet they remained together. At the peak of her career, Peggy chose to leave Hollywood to raise their daughters, Kidada Jones and Rashida Jones. The marriage ended, but the love did not. When Peggy died in 2019, Quincy wrote, “Wherever life takes us, love is eternal.”
