  1. I loooooove the pod bc it shows a diff side of bobbz. feel like the reel doesn't fit tonally with the rest of it. i'd love if it just went straight into bobbz's cold open so to speak. also the new background music when he's cooking is so serious/mysterious almost when this pod is about bobby's softer intellectual side imo…

  2. What a great episode! Bobby is such a great conversationalist. I’d love to see him talk to Ramsey, Alton Brown, Rodney Scott, Jeffrey Zakarian, Fieri or Adrienne Cheatham on a future episode!

  3. This a true global foodie team here we are witnessing. Y’all should work or produce a show together. I see the passion within the conversation. Good vibes!

  4. Wow! Another winner! She was absolutely incredible! Definitely want to see more of them together! And I wanna see the Tamale Party! Dying to see Waxman next week!
And again, I’ll make my request for Kristien Kish! I think she and Bobby would be great!! ❤

  5. Great show this morning! Love Eva….. You have to do a segment at Eva's , can't wait to see what your job will be….Also, we were at the launch of Bobby's Burger Palace at Mohegan Sun back in the day, that is our favorite casino in the world. Can't wait to see the relaunch next time we visit CT. Love Monday morning, Coffee and BOTB!

  6. Um Kay Bobert- here’s tamales that u need to bring. Beef cheek (barbacoa) or what about birria….. I want to try to recreate a veg stick from school lunch when I was a kid.. hear me out… cheese, corn, green bean, carrot… but really soft.. anyway, barbacoa!!! 😂

  7. this is what I think about finding your soulmate or a partner that you can last with. You are attracted to people who look similar to you. It’s a familiarity thing. And you need a strong woman Bob. Your personality needs someone like your mother. Dame Dorothy. Or A style that you like to be mothered because let’s face it, men need mommy’s! It’s ying and yang. Women nurture by nature and men want to get fed/fkd good and nurtured. Ijs. Don’t date co-workers!! Xoxo I’m assuming it’s over because u didn’t mention her once and all you’ve done is talk about her lately. If she is reading this, girl, you knew it was risky! Bad decision to date your boss that has a track record like that 😂 youre smarter than that! And it happens all in front of the whole world Smh

  8. Love this show… always look forward to it every week. As for Eva's show, sorry it needs to be on another channel other then CNN. I will not watch anything on that trash network, no matter how much I want to.

  9. Love Eva’s love of knowledge and her curiosity, She is so genuine and engaging I see her as a global citizen I have been a fan of hers since Desperate Housewives!Bobby’s conversations flow so smoothly Another great episode Loved those shrimp don’t think I can get them in Staten Island NY lol

  10. I loved the tamale discussion, lol. I have to say, I've lived in Texas all my life and I've eaten tamales all over the state, I've never seen anyone eat a tamale with ketchup, so… it's not a Texas thing, it's just an Eva Longoria thing. haha She was such a delightful guest. I have to say, my boyfriend also doesn't believe tomatoes belong in guac, he would be team Bobby on that subject all day. =) My Monday mornings used to be so boring before this podcast, I'm so thankful!

  11. This is great
    Especially Her knowledge of cultures

So like Grinchy to Watch people talking while eating mouth full

Still can't believe she said she ate certain tamale with ketchup 😮😢🥹

And of course Bobby is going to make crunchy rice 😅😅
Cheers 🥂 to you Bobby 🎉

  12. I love history and really appreciate the chefs that share, teach us & cook. I realize that a lot of today's FN shows are more about entertainment. Bobby's shows delivers both which is why I'm such a fan. Today's episode was great!❤

  13. Really loved this episode. Eva is so much fun with Bobby. Seems they both know so much about everything. Some people really do know how to get experiences, information, and ideas out so vividly. I could relate to the discussion about tamales, btw I like to eat a jalapeno and cheese tamale with fried beans, crema, and chopped iceberg lettuce. I make 3 different tamale fillings every Christmas: pork shoulder or butt boiled on the stove top, (my husbands preference no crunchy bits) oven roasted chicken, and jalapeno and cheese. I like to put both green and red chile in the pork tamales. Love these Mondays.

  14. Guacamole: avocado, salt, garlic, lime, red onion, and cilantro. Chunky. NOT mushy.
I have never met a person that doesn’t LOVE my guac. I mean it’s the best. Can’t tell you amounts. I eyeball it and do it so much it’s second nature. 😎
