Kimora Lee Simmons’ husband of 12 years Tim Leissner signed divorce papers days before starting a two-year prison sentence for his involvement in the 1MDB Malaysian embezzlement scheme, per the petition obtained by E! News. Leissner, who married the Kimora: Back in the Fab Lane star in March 2014, listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup. He requested joint custody of their 11-year-old son Wolfe, as well as spousal support from the Baby Phat founder. He also asked the court to terminate Lee Simmons’ ability to receive alimony. The 56-year-old is scheduled to be released on Sept. 29, 2027, per prison records viewed by E! News. Yes, indeed. Years ago, my friend ex-husband was sent to federal prison due to fraud. He’s still successful in having her pay him monthly alimony.
