  1. It’s funny I hear more and more non-Muslim people using it now in random conversations, I think because it expresses a level of hope and uncertainty that doesn’t really exist in English – it’s an acknowledgment that things are outside your personal control and that you’re ok with that. It’s beautiful to see, as all positive mixing of different faiths and cultures is wonderful 😊

  2. I think all the dumbasses in the comments don't understand that it's not uncommon for gen z and social media influencers to use inshallah. No, they're not secretly Muslim. It's either just a trend or it's a word which could reach the status of loanword in English if it is used frequently enough.

  3. Assalamualaikum
Just to clear up saying inshallah and Allah or any Arabic word doesn't make anyone Muslim many Arab christians say these Arabic words the Arabs before Islam used to say Bismillah and so on because these are Arabic words not specific to a religion such as Islam because Allah in Arabic means God
Another thing Anna Hathway , bella and many more celebrities that like to call themselves Muslim it is important to take into notice that having the label of muslimah on you doesn't make you a Muslim taking shahadah is not enough you need to be spiritually mentally and physically capable to at least perform your daily five time prayers or at least jummah prayers ( and at least struggle to perform your prayer on time as ik people who struggle to pray ) , to call yourself a Muslim cause prophet Muhammad PBUH has already specified to us that the only difference between a believer and a. Non believer is prayer to Allah .

  4. I believe this is just an Arabic phrase equivalent to what English Christians would say "god willing" So not necessarily a Muslim saying as there are Arabic speaking Christians who also use it. In fact some people who are not particularly religious also use it in casual conversation.

  5. Y are you surprised 1st of all.
Don't you remember what Allah SWT said.
Allah will bring people to support his religion from among those who were disbelievers with good hearts. I hope In sha ALLAH, she'll come back to Islam.
