Prince Harry in Kyiv calls on Putin to stop Ukraine war when ‘there is still a moment’

Britain’s Prince Harry used a speech to send a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, April 23, saying that there was still time to stop the war in Ukraine and no country benefited from the continued loss of life. Speaking at a Kyiv security conference during an unannounced visit, the Duke of Sussex said the conflict could still be halted to prevent further suffering for both Ukrainians and Russians.
